Return Policy:

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any items. All sales are final.

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us immediately at glowinglory8@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. 

Invalid Addresses:

We are not responsible for invalid or incorrect addresses, and we cannot be held liable for items to be delivered to the wrong address. To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice any errors, contact us immediately before your order is printed or shipped, and we will correct it at no extra charge.

Refund Policy:

If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel your order. In this case, please call or email immediately since our shipping time is often times faster than 3 business days. However, once your product has been shipped, items are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Process:

• Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. For wholesale orders, processing may take 7-10 business days.

• Shipping Time: After processing, orders will be shipped. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. We process and prepare your order within the listed time frames before shipping it out.
